WinemakingThis is a very privileged moment, and there, all our passion will have to serve the elaboration of wine.

It is done according to the traditional Bordeaux method, with a careful sorting of the grapes.

Temperature controlThe vatting are 15 to 20 days on average for the reds with total temperatures control.

The Clairet obtained by bleeding vats of red grapes, has a much longer fermentation at low temperatures.
